Patrick Earley joins Fire O&C Investigation Division

Newark, NJ (November 4, 2024)

ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Patrick Earley (IAAI-CFI(V), NAFI-CFEI, NFPA-CFPS) has joined the firm as Senior Fire Investigator in the Newark branch office. Mr. Earley has twenty-five (25) years of experience in the fire and emergency services as a fire investigator, fire inspector, fire official, fire instructor, fire protection specialist, firefighter, and emergency medical technician.

 

Mr. Earley has investigated and determined the origin and cause of fires occurring in commercial structures, industrial facilities, residential homes, restaurant occupancies, heavy equipment, recreational vehicles, marine conveyances, commercial vehicles and automobiles. Mr. Earley has extensive training and experience in fire protection systems and inspection of those systems.

 

Mr. Earley holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice Administration. He has been conducting fire origin and cause investigations and providing consulting service for required fire protection systems in the private sector since 2015. Prior to that, he served in the City of New Brunswick, New Jersey, Fire Department as a Fire Inspector and Fire Investigator.  Additionally, he acted as Fire Safety Manager for Global Spectrum CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton, New Jersey.

 

Additionally, Mr. Earley is a subject matter expert in fire and life safety by the NFPA, and offers an extensive knowledge base in fire investigation, fire protection systems, and life safety codes. He developed the course and test content for the NFPA Certification Certified Hazard Recognition Specialist, and also serves on several technical committees for the NFPA. Mr. Earley has provided expert testimony in federal and state courts.
