Phoenix Office Adds Timothy Hull, P.E., S.E, as Structural Project Engineer

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (December 1, 2016) - ProNet Group is pleased to announce that Mr. Timothy Hull, P.E., S.E, joined the firm as a Forensic Structural Project Engineer.

Mr. Hull has twenty (20) plus years of experience in structural engineering design and failure analysis. He has extensive engineering and management experience in the areas of engineering design and the production of construction documentation.

His structural forensic engineering expertise includes investigating building envelope water intrusion, roof damage, foundation settlement, retaining wall failure, post-fire and post-vehicle impact structural damage assessments with repair recommendations, seismic evaluations, and verifying compliance with applicable building codes and contract specifications.

Mr. Hull has designed several commercial and residential structures, including multi-story apartment buildings, churches, assisted living centers, and numerous custom homes. Mr. Hull is knowledgeable in all aspects of the design process from schematic, design development, construction documents and construction administration. Mr. Hull has also worked extensively in existing buildings providing structural engineering services related to load evaluation of existing buildings and the design of building modification and renovations for new/adapted uses.
